You have taken a big step in improving your customers’ food service experience, and  we know that doesn’t come without a cost. Here are some tips to help you maintain your new investment. 

Glassware Care

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes to you glassware to prevent breaking due to temperature shock. 

  • Avoid Stacking Glassware that is not designed to be stacked. 

  • Avoid clinking or contact with any beer taps.

  • Remove cracked or chipped items from service.

  • Avoid placing flatware into glasses

  • Avoid overloading bus trays 

  • Keep enough stock that you do not have to use glasses directly out of the dishwasher.

Flatware Care Tips

  • Clean flatware soon after use to avoid corrosion

  • Presoak your flatware no longer than 15 minutes

  • Avoid storing at low temperatures

  • Avoid chlorine baths
